The previous Board meeting was held electronically Sunday, Nov 24, starting at 2pm. You can log in to TownSq to view the minutes once they are posted. The next Board meeting will likely be in December, but a date has not been announced yet.
Upcoming board meetings will be announced here. In the meantime, invoices for annual dues will be mailed around December 1st.

Assessments of $300.00 are payable ANNUALLY, due on January 1st of each year, with an initial grace period through Feb 15th. As of Dec 2022, late fees are $25/month on the 16th if you have a balance (no additional interest), except that January has no late fee if your balance was zero in December. Can't pay it all at once? Contact the board, and we can set up a payment plan that spreads out your payments and waives late fees for as long as you stick to the plan.
